Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro leaves (stems removed)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (0% milk fat)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Juice from 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and pulse until all ingredients are well combined.

- Dairy-free version: use plain coconut yogurt or dairy-free greek yogurt.
