I love spring for the warmer weather but also because it means patio season, outdoor get-togethers, birthday celebrations, and more! After purchasing this really nice wood platter board from Target last weekend (for only $20!!) I knew I wanted to share ideas for a healthy party platter. And what goes better with a healthy party platter than a refreshing rose to sip on! The perfect balance! 🥂
Healthy Party Platter Ideas
Dips
- Spread’Em Chives and Garlic Cashew Spread | I love this dip and I think most people would as well! The base of this spread is cashews and contains minimal ingredients. It is vegan/dairy-free friendly and pairs perfectly with vegetables, tortilla chips and crackers. I purchased this dip from Vita Health in Winnipeg. [bottom right in photo above]
- Hummus
- Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing | This is a dairy-free ranch dressing that tastes delicious! I purchased this from Vita Health in Winnipeg. [top right in photo above]
Dippables
- Carrot Chips | I love these for dipping because they are crinkle cut like some regular chips. I purchase these from Safeway.
- Cucumbers
- Tortilla Chips
- Crackers
Fruit
Adding fruit will add vibrant colours to the platter!
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Grapes
- Dried Pineapple
- Kiwi | To get the look of the kiwis in the photo – cut triangles into the kiwi until you’ve made it all the way around the kiwi and meet up with the first triangle. Then pull apart and voila! This is more for the look of the platter but could also be eaten.
Other Items
- Lara Bars | Cut into squares
- Walnuts
- Cashews
- Almonds
- Dark Chocolate
