Ingredients
- Rolled oats: The best type of oats for overnight oats.
- Plain Cashew Milk: I like using cashew milk in this recipe but you can swap with any plain milk
- Coconut Yogurt: Don’t forget this ingredient as it gives this recipe a nice creamy texture.
- Key Limes: Adds all the flavour! Use regular limes if you can’t find key limes.
- Chia seeds: Lots of fibre and adds to the texture.
- Maple syrup: Sweetens the recipe (can also use honey or agave)
- Vanilla: Helps give a delicious flavour
- Matcha powder: optional, I added this in for the colour but it’s not necessary for the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (or regular plain yogurt)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp key lime juice (can also use regular limes)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp key lime zest (or regular lime zest)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp match powder (optional – for green colour)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Place in refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
Notes
- Feel free to top overnight oats with fruit, nuts or more yogurt when ready to eat!
