It’s the beginning of a new month and I’ve decided to create a new series called Nutrition Challenge of the Month! At the beginning of each month, I will be posting a new challenge, for example this months challenge is to eat breakfast every morning! I will post recipes and helpful resources to help you achieve this challenge and hopefully inspire you to continue the challenge after the month is over. For those that already do the challenge, I will be posting ways to further maximize your nutrient intake and share other ideas and recipes!
