Roasted Chickpea Goddess Bowl

🎉The March/April Vista Magazine is here🎉

The focus of this magazine is on Women’s Health. My article in the magazine is focused on folate and how this vitamin is important for all women (not just pregnant women!). I also created this folate rich Roasted Chickpea Goddess Bowl that is a delicious and filling vegetarian dinner idea. Crunchy chickpeas with sweet potatoes, veggies topped with tahini dressing makes a super satisfying dish.
