🎉 Brownies, Brownies, Brownies🎉
This recipe is nothing fancy- a basic brownie recipe with a slight healthier approach, yet same sweet chocolate flavour.
But there is one secret ingredient….chocolate protein powder!😱
When we think protein powder, most of us think smoothie or protein shake (I know I normally do!). However, it can make a great addition to a baking recipe! In these brownies, the protein powder adds nutrients, more chocolate flavour and gives a nice rich texture. I used Purica Vegan Protein Powder (chocolate flavour) specifically for this recipe.
I am not much of a baker but I really like making these brownies when I feel like something sweet after dinner. The ingredient list is short, and you probably have them in your fridge/cupboard. Perfect dessert to satisfy a sweet tooth!
Have you ever tried baking with protein powder? I would love to know what you’ve made!
Oh, and make sure you let these brownies cool before cutting into them otherwise they may fall apart.
