APPLE CRISP OVERNIGHT OATS

Soft apples and warm spices overtop of overnight oats is a delicious way to start the morning! This recipe is made with simple ingredients and great for meal prep.

Mix all overnight oats ingredients into a bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Less than 10 minutes of prep!

How to Prep

Place apple crisp toppings into a bowl and microwave for 45-60 seconds. If you have more time on hand (or don’t own a microwave), you can sauté the ingredients in a pan.

In the morning,

portion out overnight oats into 3 containers and top with the apple cinnamon mixture or, store the overnight oats base and apples separate. I like to store them separate that way I can reheat the apple/cinnamon mixture the next morning.
