Stuffed bell peppers are a delicious meal idea made with ground turkey, long brown rice, marinara sauce and flavourful seasonings. It's healthy and dairy-free.

Sauté ground turkey and add onion, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook until turkey is no longer pink (about 10 minutes).
