Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I am excited to share with you another “What I ate Wednesday” post. If you are a food blogger, head on over to Peas and Crayon blog and link up your “What I ate Wednesday” post to find other food bloggers and for them to find you! WIN WIN!
This week has been filled with creating new recipes and eating some of my go-to recipes. If you follow me on Instagram, then you’ve probably seen some of these photos throughout the week. I also wanted to include a chocolate pudding recipe that I tried on the weekend that turned out tasting delicious but didn’t want to dedicate a full post to this super easy recipe.
Breakfast
I’ve been eating this for breakfast almost everyday because it’s filling, super nourishing and easy to make. Under all the fruit and muesli is non fat greek yogurt! Loaded with vitamins, minerals, protein and more. The muesli {nuts, seeds, dried fruit} is loaded with healthy fats. More on muesli here.
Snack
On the weekend I was trying out some new recipes, one was a healthy chocolate pudding recipe. It tastes super delicious, you could eat it on its own or dipped with fruit!
Healthy Chocolate Pudding
-1 avocado
-Handful of dates, pitted
-2 tbsp coco powder
-Honey to sweeten
Add all ingredients to blender until thick and creamy, enjoy!
Lunch
Herb & Garlic french fries with guacamole for dipping and kale salad! Seriously delicious! If I could eat this ever day I would!
French fries are baked with olive oil and Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic seasoning. French fries and guacamole recipes are posted here along with all the nutrition information!
Dinner
For dinner I had lemon chicken, {more} potatoes and loads of veggies! YUM!

Fries and a salad? I like the way you think! Seriously, all your food photos look so gorgeous and delicious! Thanks for sharing your WIAW – it’s always so fun to see what others eat and share my own (though this week was somewhat boring with me being sick).
