What I ate Wednesday (WIAW #14)

February 4, 2015 By Exploring Healthy Foods 2 Comments

Hi everyone! It’s time for another What I ate Wednesday post! If you’re not familiar with these, simply post what you ate that day (or whichever day) and link up your blog post here. You will be able to see what others have been eating and they will be able to find your blog!

Breakfast

I’ve been eating plain greek yogurt topped with my Power Packed Granola and fruit pretty much every morning this week. It’s filling and quick to make in the mornings!

Yogurt and granola

Snack

For a morning snack I had a plate full of goodies! Vegetables & crackers with hummus, celery with peanut butter, walnuts and apples with apple sauce! SO GOOD.

Lunch

For lunch I had one of my favorite meals that can be made under 10 minutes! Quinoa salad (quinoa, mixed veggies, lemon juice) topped with an egg!

Dinner

I wish I could say I made these veggie sushi rolls myself, but I didn’t! I picked them up from the local grocery store because they just looked so delicious! I want to try and make these myself soon as they seem fairly easy to make {and not to mention are filled with nutrients!}.

Veggie sushi is one of my favorites! One of my local grocery stores sells sushi too.
