Breakfast
It’s been a crazy-awesome week, which means lots of quick early morning smoothies! I posted this photo on Instagram where I had a super simple almond milk, blueberry smoothie with a GORP bar. These are super delicious bars that are filled with nutrients and antioxidants! They are a local company but I believe they sell them throughout Canada!
Lunch
I have been loving salad topped with roasted chickpeas lately! Roasted chickpeas are so easy to make and great protein topper on salads. I also had a baked egg {with spinach, zucchini and tomatoes} on the side.
Dinner
For dinner I had chicken, brown rice and steamed vegetables. This is a go-to meal for me at least twice a week because it’s easy, simple and healthy! No photo unfortunately, once I devoured it, I realized I forgot to take a picture!

Love the smoothie in the mason jar. I’ve never heard of Gorp bars, and sadly I’m not in Canada. But I’ll have to try one some time when I have a work trip.
