5-Ingredient Corn Salad that is great for Summer BBQs! This is a light, fresh and healthy recipe that makes the perfect side. This recipe is vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free friendly!


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of organic whole kernel corn {341mL salt-free cans}, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup of one herb {choose either basil, mint or parsley}
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • About 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix.
  2. Enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat!
