Description
This Perfectly Roasted Asparagus recipe is made with simple ingredients and is ready in less than 25 minutes. It’s the perfect side dish for any weeknight or holiday spread!

- 1 bunch of asparagus spears (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- pepper
After cooking
- 1 fresh lemon slice (about 1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash asparagus and snap the ends off. Pat dry, and lay on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place in oven for 12 minutes.
- After cooking, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and parsley.
Best served immediately after cooking.
Notes
If your asparagus is very thin, reduce cooking time to 10 minutes.
