Chia Seed Pudding with Raspberry Jam is a delicious and filling snack or breakfast idea!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Dash of maple syrup
  • Raspberries (small handful)
  • Toppingsoptional
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a small container, add coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup.
  2. Stir, to mix it all up.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. When ready to eat, mash raspberries with a fork and then top onto chia pudding.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded coconut (optional).
