Creamy texture, sweet taste and super nutritious! Loaded with good carbs, antioxidants, fibre and protein!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 100g container of Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups kale {regular or baby kale}
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender until thick and creamy consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
