Ingredients

- 1 100g container of Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups kale {regular or baby kale}
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender until thick and creamy consistency is reached.
- Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
