Crispy Baked Curly Fries | Two Ways

Description

Curly Fries with a bit of a kick! These curly fries takes great on the side of a veggie burger or salad!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 potato, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and with your hands mix well.
  3. Lay each spiralized potato on the baking sheet. Try not to over load the baking sheet, and ensure the potatoes are spread out.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the french fries over as best as you can.
  5. Place baking sheet back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven once french fries have browned and the outsides are crispy.
  7. Enjoy right away!
