Creamy green ginger smoothie perfect for spring!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 inch piece of ginger {without skin}
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp non fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until creamy texture is reached.
