Papaya Punch Smoothie that is easy, quick and nourishing! Make for breakfast and enjoy on the go! Recipe is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.

- 1 papaya
- 3 kiwi
- 1 green apple, chopped
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Begin by cutting the papaya, removing the seeds and adding the inside of the papaya to a blender
- Remove the skin from the kiwi and place kiwi into blender
- Add all remaining ingredients to the blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes {should have the consistency of apple sauce}
- Pour in mason jar and enjoy!
Notes
Add a bit of water to help with blending if needed.
