Vegan peanut butter ice cream that you can enjoy as a dessert or even for breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Raspberries for toppings (dark chocolate and crushed walnuts taste great too!)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except toppings) into high speed blender until creamy ice cream consistency is reached
  2. Add toppings, and enjoy!
