Description

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar make the perfect side dish! Loaded with nutrients and super easy to make!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs {optional}

Instructions

  1. Preheat over at 375 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut brussels sprouts in half and place on parchment paper.
  3. Top brussels sprouts with olive oil followed by balsamic vinegar.
  4. Mix brussels sprouts with your hands to make sure they are all coated.
  5. Top with salt and pepper.
  6. Add to oven for 30 minutes, until brussels sprouts have browned. If using bread crumbs, remove brussels sprouts from oven after 15 minutes then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and enjoy!
