Roasted Cauliflower with a Kick

Description

Roasted Spicy Cauliflower recipe is flavourful and makes a great healthy side.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Begin by chopping cauliflower into about an inch wide florets and place in large bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and gently combine.
  4. Add florets to baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Place in oven for 20 minutes, then flip florets and place back in oven for 5-10 minutes {florets should be soft enough to poke a fork through}.
  6. Remove from oven and serve right away.
  7. Enjoy!
