Description

Dinner that is ready in 10 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pieces of toast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 12 tomatoes, sliced
  • Dash of pepper (optional)
  • Chopped basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the eggs. If you are poaching your eggs and do not have a fancy egg poaching gadget, bring water in a saucepan to a boil then to a simmer.
  2. Slowly add the egg to the simmering water and leave it in the water for about 3 minutes (if you prefer a more runny egg- leave it in the water for less time).
  3. Remove the egg from water, pat dry and repeat for the process for the second egg.
  4. In the meantime, mash an avocado and place on toast with sliced tomatoes.
  5. Once the second egg is done, add egg to toast and sprinkle with ground pepper and basil.
  6. Enjoy!
