Description

Craving a salty snack? Try this crunchy kale chips with creamy guacamole! Satisfying and nourishing snack idea!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups chopped kale, washed and pat dry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Guacamole
  • 1 1/2 avocado, pitted and mashed
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Lay kale on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread them out.
  3. Top kale with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and with your hands lightly evenly coat everything.
  4. Place in oven for 15 minutes, remove then place in oven for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and enjoy right away.
  6. Guacamole
  7. In a small bowl combine mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  8. Lightly mix everything together.
