A delicious fruit salad loaded with vibrant spring fruits! Enjoy on it’s own, topped on greek yogurt or even ice cream!
Ingredients

- 3 kiwi, peeled, cut in half then quartered
- 2 oranges (or grapefruit), peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups strawberries, cut in half then quartered
- 2 cups pineapple chunk
Dressing (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add fruit to a large bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients into small bowl. The pour over top of fruit and toss.
