Spring Fruit Salad

Description

A delicious fruit salad loaded with vibrant spring fruits! Enjoy on it’s own, topped on greek yogurt or even ice cream!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 kiwi, peeled, cut in half then quartered
  • 2 oranges (or grapefruit), peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cups strawberries, cut in half then quartered
  • 2 cups pineapple chunk

Dressing (optional)

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add fruit to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients into small bowl. The pour over top of fruit and toss.
