Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 large celery stalk
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 plum (replace with apple if unavailable)
- 1 brazil nut
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Remove kale leaves from steam
- Cut celery, pineapple and plum into small pieces
- Combine all ingredients into high speed blender until creamy texture.
