Watermelon Lime Slush

Description

Refreshing Watermelon Lime Slush that has minimal ingredients and is super nourishing!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 of a large watermelon
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar {or use another sweetener such as stevia, honey, etc.}
  • 1/4 cup water {optional}

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting 1/4 of the watermelon into 1-inch pieces. Add these pieces to an ice cube tray and place in the freezer until frozen {approximately 4 hours}.
  2. In the meantime, cut the other half of the watermelon into 1 inch pieces and add it to the blender with lime and coconut sugar. Add water if needed for blending.
  3. Blend on low for about a minute and then add the frozen watermelon to the blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in your favourite glass and enjoy!

Notes

Continue blending if you prefer a smoother texture.
