Description

This Hydrating Green Smoothie is healthy, refreshing and the perfect way to start the day. It’s ready in under 10 minutes and can easily be taken on the go.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 organic apple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy and smoothie. 

Notes

  • If you have a blender that’s not super powerful, I recommend first blending the spinach and coconut water, then adding the rest of the ingredients and blend. This helps break down the spinach first and a bit easier on the blender.
