Ingredients
- 3 cups organic spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1/2 organic apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy and smoothie.
Notes
- If you have a blender that’s not super powerful, I recommend first blending the spinach and coconut water, then adding the rest of the ingredients and blend. This helps break down the spinach first and a bit easier on the blender.
