Description
This Key Lime Overnight Oats recipe requires minimal effort. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, stick it in the fridge overnight and in the morning you are ready to eat a healthy and delicious key lime flavoured breakfast!

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (or regular plain yogurt)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp key lime juice (can also use regular limes)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp key lime zest (or regular lime zest)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp match powder (optional – for green colour)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Place in refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
Notes
- Feel free to top overnight oats with fruit, nuts or more yogurt when ready to eat!
