Description
This low carb turkey meatball recipe is a go-to favourite of mine because it’s quick to make and super flavourful. This recipe is made with minimal ingredients and ready in about 30 minutes!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for topping)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Top with more fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add meatball ingredients to a large bowl and mix with clean hands until combined.
- Roll into balls (I use a medium size cookie scoop for same size meatballs). Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Heat marinara sauce in large pan, once meatballs are done, place in pan with sauce and coat. Serve with parmesan cheese and parsley.
