Description

This simple breakfast idea is easy to make and will leave you feeling energized for the day ahead!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup raw rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup muesli (grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruit) or use granola
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and add oats
  2. Once oats have absorbed all water, add maple syrup and stir
  3. Pour oatmeal into bowl and top with muesli, apple slices and cinnamon
  4. Enjoy!
