This simple breakfast idea is easy to make and will leave you feeling energized for the day ahead!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup raw rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup muesli (grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruit) or use granola
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil and add oats
- Once oats have absorbed all water, add maple syrup and stir
- Pour oatmeal into bowl and top with muesli, apple slices and cinnamon
