Skinny Watermelon Margaritas

Description

Refreshing Skinny Watermelon Margarita that is stripped of added sugar and syrups yet has the same sweet and boozy taste as a standard margarita!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of watermelon chunks (seedless)
  • 3 shots of tequila
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Ice
  • Optional : Sea salt for rim lining

Instructions

  1. Add watermelon chunks to a blender and blend on high until liquid consistency. Strain juice through a fine strainer to remove pulp. Discard pulp.
  2. Add watermelon juice, tequila, lime juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
  3. Line rim of glasses with lime juice then dip in salt (optional). Add ice to glass then pour in margarita.
