Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie makes a great post-workout meal or breakfast idea! Loaded with plant-based protein, good cards and lots of antioxidants!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder {some of my fav’s: Vega , Manitoba Harvest , Perfect Fit}

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass/jar and enjoy!
