Description

This healthy homemade yogurt parfait is the perfect breakfast or snack recipe. Layered with granola, yogurt, raspberry jam and almond butter for the perfect creamy and sweet combination. This recipe only takes a few minutes to make and can easily be meal prepped!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup granola, make your own or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (natural, creamy kind)
  • 2 tsp dark chocolate chips
  • Sliced almonds (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries and chia seeds in a small bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Using 1 small sealable container or jar*, evenly layer with half of the granola, yogurt, mashed raspberries, peanut butter, chocolate chips. Repeat by adding the layers again. Garnish with sliced almonds and coconut.

Notes

*This recipe makes 2 servings in one jar. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or portion this recipe into 2 separate jars.

Note that the type of granola you choose will alter the nutrition facts below. If using store-bought granola, choose one with limited added sugar.
