Description
Tzatziki is a traditional Greek sauce that has a tangy flavour and is made with a yogurt base a simple ingredients. Whip up this recipe in 15 minutes and it’s ready to be dipped, spread or dressed over some of your favourite dishes!

- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup plain yogurt (regular or coconut yogurt)
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice from half a lemon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the ends off the cucumber, slice it in half and remove the seeds with a spoon or melon baller. Finely grate cucumber with skin on. Place grated cucumber in cheese cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Add strained cucumber, yogurt, garlic, dill, olive oil and lemon juice to a small bowl and mix until well combined. Enjoy right away or store in sealed jar for 3 days.
